1. Booking and Reservation:

  • To secure a booking for a tour or safari, clients are required to provide a non-refundable deposit, as specified by the company, at the time of reservation.
  • Full payment for the tour must be received by the company no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date, unless otherwise specified in writing by both parties.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

  • In the event of cancellation by the client, the following cancellation fees will apply:
    • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure: Loss of deposit.
    • Cancellations made within 30 days of departure: No refund will be provided.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, clients will be offered alternative arrangements or a full refund of payments made.

3. Travel Insurance:

  • It is strongly recommended that clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and evacuation expenses. The company shall not be liable for any losses or expenses incurred due to the client’s failure to obtain adequate travel insurance.

4. Health and Safety:

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that they are in good health and physically fit to participate in the tour activities. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to the company at the time of booking.
  • Clients are required to comply with all safety instructions provided by the company and its guides during the tour. Failure to do so may result in termination of the tour without refund.

5. Liability Waiver:

  • Clients understand and acknowledge the risks associated with travel and participation in outdoor activities, including but not limited to wildlife encounters, adventure sports, and transportation in remote areas. Clients agree to release the company and its employees from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the tour.

6. Travel Documents and Vaccinations:

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations for entry into Tanzania and participation in the tour activities.
  • The company shall not be liable for any expenses or disruptions incurred due to the client’s failure to obtain necessary travel documents or vaccinations.

7. Code of Conduct:

  • Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner towards fellow travelers, tour guides, wildlife, and local communities. Any behavior deemed disruptive or offensive may result in removal from the tour without refund.

8. Pricing and Inclusions:

  • Tour prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. The company reserves the right to adjust prices due to fluctuations in exchange rates, government taxes, or operational costs.
  • The price of the tour includes accommodation, meals, transportation, park fees, and activities as specified in the itinerary. Additional expenses such as alcoholic beverages, optional activities, and gratuities are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

9. Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes or claims arising from the tour shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation between the client and the company. In the event that a resolution cannot be reached amicably, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Tanzanian courts.

10. Acceptance of Terms:

  • By booking a tour with the company, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the client and the company.
